Enrollment > Steps to Enroll

The following steps are to be taken for new enrollment into Lakewood Christian Academy.

  • Read the LCA Student Handbook carefully.
  • Turn in completed Registration Form and registration fee.
  • Interview of parents and student with administration.
  • Turn in all required forms:
    • Immunization records and medical form*.
    • Birth certificate (K & 1st)
    • Report cards or previous school records.
  • Complete pastor’s letter of recommendation. Student and at least one parent must attend church regularly.
  • Complete any school-administered tests to determine student’s special needs.
  • Attend parents’ orientation. This mandatory meeting is at the beginning of each school year.


    *A doctor’s exam is necessary prior to entrance into school to satisfy requirements
    of student health form (K & 1st grade).
